Ines Meier is a multimedia artist based in Berlin. Together with filmmaker Inka Dewitz, she’s been working on the artistic research project „Rekavidur – Driftwood, A Living Archive“ that aims to raise awareness for climate change in the Arctic region as well as for driftwood‘s vital role in Iceland‘s history and culture. At NES she is further developing this interdisciplinary project and collaborating with archeologist Dawn Elise Mooney. More info:
