Iuliia Lebed is a scenographer and craft artist who works with space, objects, and materials to tell stories. She started with painting and exhibitions, but later moved to stage design and applied art, where objects become part of a living scene.

Her work includes stage sets, murals, and handmade felted figures. She creates with fabric, wool, cardboard, wood, and found materials, often working in places with limited resources, such as the Arctic settlement of Barentsburg, Svalbard. This has shaped her style: simple forms, strong atmosphere, and emotional detail.

In 2025 she created stage sets for a theater concert in Barentsburg and painted two large murals on the Pomor Hostel (up to 10 × 8 meters). She also makes small felted sculptures like pocketbear. Her work connects large spaces with small, personal objects.
