Ben Langston has been a mail carrier, a prison guarder, a truck loader, a forklift driver, a paratrooper, an event parker, a caterer, a capacitor shaker, a bottle labeler, and a short-order cooker. He writes about blue collar dreams and blue collar prisons, and how sometimes they can be both. His chapbook project for NES is based on his time teaching junior high to high-risk boys in the Ozarks of Missouri.
