Emily Malott is an artist based in Cincinnati, OH who works primarily in ceramic sculpture and illustration. Malott utilizes childhood and fairytale motifs, placing them into a darker context to tell her own stories. She prefers to use porcelain in her sculptural work, emphasizing the purity of the material with in the context of her concepts.
