Sasha Gold is dedicated to work with reflections, using mirror shards. Mirrors are charged with projections and myths, which inspires her to reappropriate the medium in her artistic process. “For my installation in Skagaströnd, Iceland, I smashed unwanted mirrors, that were collected from the community. I can’t wait to embed them in Icelandic nature and let them reflect.”
